LinuxTSC is available in 2 different packages, one with Cygwin and one without.

Cygwin is the Xserver for windows, so if you download the package without it you will need a working installation of that with XFree86 packages installed.

If you install the full version of LinuxTSC, with Cygwin on a computer with a installed cygwin, then that will stop working. Now you have been warned!
